Autumn Hat

I'm in a bit of a hat making mood which is nice but I really need to move onto making the moth dress I need to have ready in a about 4 weeks. 2 of which I will be away on holiday. I can see some all nighters in my future. In the meantime here's some pics of my Autumn hat.

  1. Its gorgeous Pam - I love the autumnal colours and the shape! It reminds me a bit of a olden-times leather military style helmet.

  3. What beauty you created again, Pam! I like the colours (I've just bought some cashmere-silk yarn in these colours), I like the model holds the flower in her hand - and I also like her face very much, I think she is a beautiful lady and you're lucky to have her to show off your creations.

  5. Oh, Pam it turned out stunning. Did you take a class with Judit Pocs? It reminds me of her hats. Love the silk forms making the pattern.

  9. Yesterday I told a friend I was thinking about trying one of my knit earflap hat patterns as felted. I find you today and see a felted earflap hat. I know yours is wetfelt and mine would be knitted, but I still thought it was funny.

Love the look of the felt, so I might just try mine out. (When I find time that is, LOL)
