I'm on a roll now and spun up this yarn last night and had to make it up into a basket today.

This one was corespun and auto wrapped. I added sparkly fabric, woven hessian, sticks, silk hankie and the flower like things were some kinda scrim that some one gave me some scraps of. Oh and of course the wool was merino and something some one gave me and I have no idea what kind of sheep it came from.

How cunning and wonderful your basket is!! It seems like a perfect solution for the little bits and bobs of interesting fibers we all end up having, too.

Wonderful basket! I couldn't have imagined what would become of the spun fibre - and the result is admirable.

it is wonderful to work with fibres in all shapes and sizes isn't it Pam. My neighbour gave me some of her handspun wool, I just have it hanging here. love the look of it, but cannot figure out what to do with it.

yes, I figured that much and left it where it is, the way it is. such a good gift.
