This series is about how, like a case moth, we can't help but have parts of our environment embedded within our beings. we are who we are because of all the people and experiences in our lives and they shape us every day. I couldn't resist the opportunity to fill this one.

I think there really are butterfly cocoons like that: with incorporated materials ... Ha, never seen them though. Cocoons always are quite hard to find .... clever butterflies (or rather: clever caterpillars ;-) !)
Hi Els. I have a long standing fascination for the case moth. It does indeed include what ever is close to it within its cocoon.
