where is all the color gone after felting? Better before, but still: Great!! I can hear the water rippling...
Fantastic Felt United contributions Pam.
I knew the contest would go. I did oly a single layer. To get depth you need to create layers for the colour to travel through.
Ha auto correct made a balls up of that but I hope you got the idea
Thanks Dawn. Some great contributions this year.
splash is wonderful. great concept and colour.
hi pam. im maddie :)i do year 9 textiles and your part of my assignment. i need to know what your inspirations are on your felting. thank you so much. your felting is amazing xD
Hi Maddie. Hope I'm not too late for you. Just saw your message. I had a real drive to work with natural fibres. There seems to be a strong affinity between them. They are so much easier to work with than any of the man made fibres. I have always loved the beauty in nature and am drawn to the colour and form I find there. some ideas are quick, whilst others percolate for a while till the right solution comes along. Play is so important for great ideas. It is not always the first idea that is the good one but it can be the second or third one that bouces of it that is the stunner. Good luck with your studies.Pam
thank you pam it helped :)
Best of luck for the future
